Joe Gagliard
Regional Sales Manager

Joe Gagliard has been a committed member of Trimark for the past six years, bringing extensive expertise in sales and hospitality to the organization. Prior to joining Trimark, he served as a Regional Sales Manager in broadline distribution at Agar & Reinhart Foodservices for eight years.
Before entering the distribution industry, Joe built a distinguished 16-year career as a professional executive chef within the sports sector, collaborating with both the Boston Red Sox and the New England Patriots organizations. Additionally, he spent three rewarding years on the island of St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands, where he refined his culinary skills at the renowned Caneel Bay Resort.
Throughout his career in hospitality and food service, Joe has developed a clear and focused vision emphasizing exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Mike Rashleigh
Business Development Manager

Mike joined the TriMark team in 2017 with a focus on advancing the tabletop business (Flatware, Glassware, Dinnerware, and Banquet-ware). He graduated from Bryant University with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems and minor in Sociology. After graduating college, he entered the foodservice sector working for Blount Fine Foods from 2003-2012. During that span he held various roles as a New England Regional, Southeast Regional, and Business Development manager.
Prior to working for TriMark, in 2013 Mike worked for Oneida Foodservice as the Northeast District Manager covering all New England. Mike’s focus at TriMark is to help our customers effectively achieve their tabletop vision on time and within budget. Mike’s ability to discuss trends, design, concepts, costs, and profits allow our customers to make informed decisions to make their operation successful.


Crystal Lovell
Innovation Center Manager

Crystal Lovell was born and raised in Boston to Jamaican parents. She worked in the food industry as soon as she was old enough to work. In college at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth to supplement her work study, and to pay for books she started a dorm room business by cooking and selling food to students that stayed on campus on the weekends. After college Crystal started working for Joes American bar and grill in the north end of Boston. She also worked in Faneuil Hall in Boston at McCormick and Schmick’s for 5 years before starting a career in property management for Related Beal for almost 10 years. There Crystal perfected her customer service skills by managing the daily needs of the luxury residential buildings in Boston Back Bay and Bay Village. Crystal became familiar with Trimark through her husband Casey who has been with Trimark for 5 years. They have a daughter named Journey, a dog named Bella and a cat Blue. Crystal enjoys gardening and raising chickens and aspires to have a small farm one day.
Crystal’s vision for the Innovation Center is to be a place and resource for chefs, restaurant owners, and people in the food industry to come and engage, collaborate, educate, and inspire.
